The interview process was nice and smooth. Sonia (the company recruiter) reached out to me and we had a 45-50 min discussion about the company and the role. It was followed by a few more interviews with management and team members (30-45 min each). After each interview Sonia followed up with feedback and information on the further steps of the process (very helpful) All the people I talked to have been nice and open. Most of the interview questions have been focused on the my experience and career plans (not the typical interview questions, more like a discussion about experience, strengths and future plans). I got all my questions answered as well. It was a positive experience and I enjoyed it.
