I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Acumatica in Jul 2023
Interview
Overly formal, inexperienced interviewer. Unfamiliar with US labor laws and working culture, especially for tech companies. Below average salary for a senior role. Didn’t appear to have a good work-life balance — potential for many calls with international employees early in morning or late at night. Antagonistic to owning a side business.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Acumatica (New York, NY) in Nov 2020
Interview
Met with the head of the department first for an interview. Went well and he liked my experience. I then interviewed with an employee within that department. That employee didn't feel like I had enough experience.
