I had 6 rounds of interviews plus a writing assignment that took about 3 hours to complete. I was ghosted and after several attempts to follow up, I never heard anything back. I understand they can't respond to every applicant, but to get 6 rounds in plus the assignment, it shows a lack of respect. I list the interview process as difficult because of the amount of time I spent in prep, actual interviews and the assignment.
