The interview process involved: HR-Person calling for initial phone call screening to gauge general and minor behavioural questions, as well as provide backgrounder about Acumatica. Completing a screening exercise to gauge skills for technical writing skills and basic content development. Team meeting with Hiring Manager and fellow team mate to gauge general, behavioural, and field knowledge questions. Lastly, the final phase entailed the HR person extending an offer and reviewing it for signage. Overall a great recruitment experience compared to many other places these days.
