Acumatica Software Engineer interview questions

First interview (with staffing agency) was performed via skype - mostly background review with two easy programmers tasks to be completed in the next 24 hours. I came to company's office for the second interview with my future manager and company's HR specialist. On the third interview (on the next day) one of top managers intreviewed me. Besides background review their tests include questions that evaluate candidate's problem-solving abilities, ability to build logical chains of statements and ability to implement common algorithms with just pen and paper.
