Process was pretty lengthy and there were LOTS of applicants. So make sure you stand out. Started with an online application then video interviews. You have to respond to 5 or so questions while recording yourself. Make sure you answer professionally, but be different and sound conversational. Don't make it a public speech. Then there was a group presentation by HR and we broke in to small groups to perform a 3 minute presentation on Bring Your Own Device. (this was spelled out in an email so we were prepared). Make sure you ask about compensation in the HR presentation. Then HR calls you in one at a time to do your presentation for them. Again, try to be professional but different. Lastly, they have several account managers come by a room you are in to interview you for about 10 minutes each. This is where you should ask as many questions as possible to see if Adcap is the right fit for you.

On site interview included: seeing the company, meeting ADCAP's top sales executives, getting information about the company, cultural fit tests. The final interview consisted of doing simulated cold calls with four account executives and performing a mock sales presentation on one of ADCAP's services.
