Adcap's entire interview process was a waste of good time both on my end as well as theirs. The initial interview was virtual consisting of answering questions within a minute. I later advanced to a face-to-face interview. My appointed time was 2:00 and I arrive 10-15 minutes early. The person interviewing me did not come out until a little after 2:30 apologizing for losing track of time. I value my time just like the next person so this was totally unacceptable. I was later asked to interview for another position with the HR Director who was facilitating a meeting at the time. I was told he would be in to see me within 15-20 minutes...well, that turned into an hour and 10 minutes. Upon completion of the interview, I was told the next step would be an assessment that would be sent via e-mail. A few days later, I received the assessment and it was unlike any employment test I have ever taken. It wasn't difficult at all just different.
I received a call the next day congratulating me on advancing to the "final" interview process with the Director of Engineering. I attended the final interview and thought it went well. I asked how soon were they looking to hire and was told immediately. Yet, after following up almost a week and a half later in the beginning of Sept. I haven't heard whether or not I was still being considered for the position.
I began this process the second week of July with the last interview being the end of August. Personally, I feel after going through an agonizing two months of interviewing, at the very least, an e-mail would have been sent notifying me of the outcome. I understand the busy schedules, however, there appears to be more than one or two people in HR to send out a notification.
Based on my research of the company and the little interaction with the few employees I met, they were all very friendly and outgoing. I wish ADCAP continued success!
