My first interview was a phone interview and the 2nd interview was an onsite interview. When I went to the interview I was asked very few questions, we just went over my resume. The guy told me he would pass my resume to the director and call and setup my 2nd interview. He asked me if I would be interested in being considered for another position as well. I said yes and he said that he would have someone e-mail me the link to the assessment needed for that position and the job description. After a couple of days I never received the job description until I called and asked for it. When I asked for the link, the lady said they were changing vendors and she would call me once the vendor was selected so I could take the test. After a week I called to check in on the vendor/assessment link, they told me the same thing so I stopped calling because I felt like they were giving me the run around. Needless to say, they never called me back and I received a rejection letter about a month later. I'm not sure if I received a rejection letter because I didn't complete the assessment or because they really weren't interested in me.
