I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adcap Network Systems (North Atlanta, GA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview was just as described in the emails , except that I didn't know it was a group interview . This day and age I am just grateful to have a company to give someone a chance for an entry-level Position . I haven't heard back yet, it is still early . We was told that we would get a response later this week around the 28th or 29th. Even though some the applicants had several years experience already, which my seems to make it unfair . I think that everyone has the opportunity to improve their chances for hire just by studying hard and long, to improve their test scores. After all this is still America where hard work and determination still pays off.

I applied online. I interviewed at Adcap Network Systems (Alpharetta, GA) in May 2015
Interview
was a rewarding experience for me. Also, I would like to thank Adcap for making reasonable accommodations which allowed me to complete the required exam. At this time, I would like to share a positive experience that I had with one of your staff. As I was making arrangements to return to my hotel, the hotel placed me on hold for approximately nine (9) minutes. One of your members saw me on the phone and asked me if I was ok. I explained my situation to him and asked him for a ride back to my hotel. He agreed. On the way there, we spoke about Cisco positively. From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to work for Adcap because of your staff. You asked what kind of salary we were requesting, after that experience with a member of your staff, you can pay me what you want. I will work very hard and will earn the good salary and prove my worth if you hire me.
