The interview is basically cramming a bunch of people into a room and giving them a test to take. The room that they have all of the candidates take the test in is about 2/3 the size of the facility, so something immediately comes off as strange. Before you come in for the exam, they push you like crazy to take an online course that charges you $99 per month. Once you are in the exam room, the test is laughably easy. If you read the first few chapters of a CCNA book you will answer everything correctly. Beware of the bonus questions, they don't add anything to your score. Before you take the test, on the front cover, you are required to select your salary. They tell you to select the lowest pay possible to "get your foot in the door". After the test, they will take you on a tour of the facility, which has about 10 work stations and a separate room with about 10 more stations for all of the "CCIEs" they have. Basically, this whole recruitment process seems like a scam to get you to pay for the online prep classes. They claim to have openings 2 times a year, for these mass candidate exams, which comes off fishy in the first place. For a location that can maybe hold 20-30 people, having opening for new positions twice a year for several candidates doesn't make sense. The truth is, most of the troubleshooting of a network will be done by the ISP or an IT dept. Adcap is nothing more than a re-seller of network equipment. Think of them as a Best Buys for cisco products. I would be very surprised if any troubleshooting goes on at Adcap, as they could simply have the equipment exchanged by cisco or the IT vendor that installs the equipment would be in charge of troubleshooting.
