Adcap Network Systems interview questions

Initially, an email asking you to do on online, video recorded interview based around 5 questions. This part was okay, and really was a unique experience. If you succeeded in the initial round, you were invited for a "one-on-one" interview in Alpharetta, GA, but must travel there on your dime... I learned why this is as the "one-on-one" portion of the interview lasts all of 10-15 min. from what I witnessed and experienced myself. The TRUTH is, when they've told you your 3 hour slot that would include meeting with the VP of HR and participating in a vague "collaboration" exercise, it is really nothing more than a sales pitch on the company and a cattle call for the interviewees... At no point in the process is it stated that you would spend the majority of your time listening to them talk about award trips (just pay me, I can take my own vacations) and free BMW's (that I suspect their targets are near impossible to meet and was evidenced by the lack of but 1-2 BMW's in the parking lot which were undoubtedly the owners/upper management) with the "collaboration" portion really just being a disguise for what to do with the 20+ other candidates during the brief face-to-face interview with Bradford. Communication leading up to the interview was quite poor, and I now understand why... They don't want you asking questions... I wouldn't have travelled half way across the country otherwise... They also showed ZERO respect for your time/schedule, etc... Quick! Complete this in a day! Quick! You have to be in Alpharetta in 1 1/2 days from across the country!!! Quick, drop everything so you can prepare a sales pitch on a product of which you have no prior knowledge! JUMP JUMP MOO MOO CATTLE CALL! There's a term for this amongst true, highly experienced sales professionals with integrity, "slamming", which amongst the ethical is like a four letter word... Despicable hiring practice if you ask me... They're good marketers, but then again, so are most underpaying, under appreciating, unorganized operations... They have to sell you on the job. Don't buy into the "Hype". Stevie Awards and the like are really for Telemarketing call centers. I'm certain they sensed my disgust... I stuck around for the whole process just thinking to myself, there has to be more than this, but no... No respect. It was like watching a train wreck... If they put some clever response here about me being disgruntled about not being hired, under qualified, or any other Lame-o excuse for why I'm writing this, ignore it... I'm actually overqualified, and more experienced than probably 95% of their company. I wouldn't have accepted an offer and relocated based on their interviewing process and poor communication alone... Easy interview if you're not doing anything else and can be at their beck and call leading up to it... My suggestion for Adcap? If you truly want people with the best potential, change the way you look for them... Invest more of your time to uncover their true potential. Quit the "herding" mentality...
