Applied for a Loan Officer position on 11/30 was contacted on 12/18 and interviewed on 12/20. Had to be my favorite interview ever. The HR manager was so personable and really took her time to ask me real questions about me and my experience. She asked me the typical questions about my previous work experience, but my favorite question was when she asked me if I could have any job I wanted, no matter the experience needed or the pay what would it be and be honest she said and I was. I told her I would have been on Broadway acting and singing my heart out! It was pretty cool. Of course I haven't been called back for the job although I think the interview went extremely well, but the interview process was excellent preperation in iteslf. I think CFE is an amazing company no matter the outcome.
