Started with Global HR Director screening me. Prior moving to the next level, I had to pass a congnitive ability/problem solving-test (Wonderlic). Once I passed that, I was interviewed by six people in leadership roles (each one a separate interview conversation). They then let me know they were interested in hiring me, but it was contingent upon me taking and passing the Wonderlic test again - this time with a proctor watching. Upon passing, they made official offer.
