I submitted the application through the company website and I was contacted by a HR person via email next day and scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. During my phone interview, they first introduced what they have done, and let me introduce my research related to their needs. They asked me many technical questions, and the HR people focused on the behavior questions.
