I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Adimab in Sep 2022
Interview
Two interviews and a reference checking process. The first interview was a 30-minute interview with HR and the hiring managers. This interview included behavioral and some technical questions. The next step came a few days later asking for 5 references. Less than a week later I was emailed letting me know I had an onsite interview that would be 4-6 hours. This included behavioral, technical, and cultural fit questions as well as giving me ample time to get to know the company. I was interviewed by a total of 13 people that day. The process was very quick and enjoyable. Adimab does a fantastic job with its interview process.
