I had web interviews with three people at Adobe. HR personnel, Director of Aviation and Senior International Captain. Each person spoke to me on an individual base not a group interview. All of the staff were cordial and welcoming. Very Professional approach with each person I dealt with. I felt they were sincerely interested in my background and how I answered questions. This truly was one of the most professional interview processes in my career of 40 yrs. The most professional approach was when they decided I was not going to continue to be considered, for the First time in my Career The Senior International Captain called me to share the decision. This is truly a professional way to treat candidates. While disappointed about not moving forward, I was appreciative of the means of communicating the decision.
