Its a mess. They called for F2F on saturday , after reaching the location found out they called liked 70+ people to be interviewed on the same day which seemed more like walkin. There were 4 rounds , first round was a coding on graph based problem , 2nd round was mixed with OS,DS and C++ and this guy didn't know difference between process and thread, 3rd round was managerial mostly design and 4th was Director which aimed at experience and design. I cleared all rounds with positive feedback. HR told me that there will be a panel sitting in a week where they will decide about the offer and whether to hire or not the candidates. After a week HR called back saying panel dropped my profile as they think i need to improve myself in few things and i cannot apply for another 6 months. I wonder why they wasted my while day by sending me round after other with positive feedback if they thought i had to improve. Overall the interview process was very tiring as the whole day was spent in giving interviews one after other and despite of clearing all rounds there is no certainity of getting an offer.
