I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed their payroll client in Bengaluru in May 2019.
Interview
Absolute waste of time. A trust breaking experience. I was offered a role for their large IT MNC client. Later they revoked the offer without any proper justification. I had 3 rounds of interview.
1. First round was with payroll companies HR. After a detailed 40 minutes discussion. I was sent an email to confirm my interest for this position. Post which a follow up interview was scheduled with client.
2. Had two online interviews. Which went great both the Dir & her associate was very happy with my experience, knowledge and interests.
I was confirmed the position verbally by the payroll co. HR and was sent a selection email. I was told that I will receive offer letter soon. I continuously followed up as I had to take a decision on resigning. But they kept me saying it will take time but it's confirmed.
3. I was suddenly asked to come for a face to face interview and meet another Team lead for the process. Which I agreed to but then she cancelled on me and directly called and had a pre conceived biased notion about not hiring.
Followed for around 2 weeks to finally hear the bad news that they have kept position on hold which seemed a mere lie.
This whole process was a gimmick and biased. I felt they need to streamline the communication internally between them and payroll company. Treating a candidate like this will only dilute trust for brands like yours. We work hard to give interviews and prepare for the same. Is there anything that you do to compensate when you leave a candidate in the lurch?
