Interviewed for three rounds , when asked to postpone interview for one day recruiter said your feedback is really great that is why we have scheduled your next round on priority but after the next round I have followed up after 18 days and after days they say you are impressive but we are moving on with other candidate. The point is not rejection the point is this is a very very bad interview experience in a very renowned company , after 18 days your don't even bother to inform the candidate about the final result no accomodation of the fact candidate might of having some work so to offer any kind of flexibility in interview at all , having said that false feedbacks after every round is not something one look for .
