Interview process is ok Do not reveal to India management if you know anybody or have already worked with someone from the US Adobe team. The India senior management is crooked and want to control India environment. They do not want any touch points with the India team. And does not want US management to have any interaction with India engineering managers directly. The minute they realize this, even if your candidature was already at offer stage, India management will kill it. You are better off not using referral in this company
