Process was pretty simple. Made an appointment, we sat down and I was asked questions about how I would handle situations. Whether it was with customers, co-workers or with management. If you do the right thing and are honest, you can't go wrong. Communication is key. I told them what my expectations were as well as certain things that I needed and we compromised.
