I was first contacted by a recruiter whom did a phone interview. After completion of phone interview I was asked to take two test one taking an hour to complete the other took two hours to complete. After passing the test I was asked to meet with a District Manager for a one on one interview. After the one on one I was asked to do a panel interview that consist of three seasonded General Managers. After the panel interview I was asked to meet the District Manager again who then made me an offer.
