I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advance Auto Parts (Delaware, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview
First, you apply online. There is a test, and they match the results of how you answer with the results of how their best people have answered. If there is a close match, they invite you to the facility, where they show you a presentation about their company, get to know you a little better and take you on a tour. They want to make sure you know what you're getting into. I found that no part of that really prepared me for what I would actually be doing, but they at least made an effort. Then, you will be interviewed by a department head, more in-depth.
