One interview with a manager and another with the department director. They were very nice folks, professional and warm, down to earth. They asked about hobbies, experience, past positions. Not much on the technical side.

Interview process was very good, started from HR call followed by Manager interview and Director Interview.
The HR, Manager and Directors are very dignified and I had a very positive experience at Advance auto.
