I applied online where I had to take a personality and ethics test. Then I received a phone call for a interview within the week. At the interview I was asked about general car knowledge and customer service experience. After the interview I was offered the job after I passed a drug test, background test, and driver history.
applied online - hired in 3 days . Ran my background and my drivign record. Nohting hard about the process. Store Manger called me right after i put my application in and told me i was bascially hired.

The interview was kept simple, general manager just asked what my skills were , wanted to know a little about myself and if I knew anything, of course, about vehicle parts.
