Overall the interview was good. I had a very brief telephone interview with an HR representative. Then moved on to a Writing Sample and Excel competency Test. After completion of competency test I was referred to the hiring managers for Teams interview. Initial appointment was rescheduled. completed rescheduled interview that I thought went very well. From questioning I knew that they still had a week and half of other interviews. I emailed HR after the 3rd week for an update and only received MyWorkDay application being moved to INACTIVE with no Application Status annotated and no response to the email sent. I find this to be very unprofessional and unethical." Communication is key to success" must not exist within this organization.
