I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advance Auto Parts (Blackwood, NJ) in Jun 2011
Interview
Pretty straight forward. I was called in for an in person interview, the manager was very down to earth and real not some corporate monkey. We talked about my automotive experience and past jobs. I was then offered the position. She told me that she would push for as high pay as she could get and would call me with an offer with in the week. She called a few days later offering much more then I was asking for and I gladly accepted.
