Interview
Management seemed to be most concerned with making sure they were hiring someone who wasn't going to steal or bring any bad influences into the store. Work related experience in retail is NOT a must and neither is automotive related knowledge. Drug testing and background checks are required and are handled by a third party so the applicant has to take care of those things on their own time after the interview has concluded.

Pretty straightforward and easy. Only one interview session then got hired. Didn’t have to have any automotive experience but it would be helpful if you did. Nothing to stress over, just be on time and answer the questions.
