There was a pre-screening interview with a recruiter. There were not a lot of technical questions with this interview. The focus was mainly whether this could be a good fit culturally and for them to flush out any big red flags.
Next, there were 2 video panel interviews. My first interview panel had a few leadership level employees from other departments. The second interview panel was comprised of members of the team I would be on, including the team manager.
Each was 30 minutes and they were back to back. They told me about what each of them did and then had me talk about myself. Then they had questions for me and left time at the end for any questions I had. Both interviews felt like conversations.
