First interview with hr person, she was extremely nice- questions were easy and basic. Directed to Internet personality and skill test - pretty straight forward. 2ed interview with local manager, also easy. Background check, valid drivers license, credit check, no drug test - yet.
First discussion was with a recruiter via phone. They gave more details about the job and explained the interview process. The recruiter kept in contact via email to schedule the interview. A few weeks later the Field Supervisor called to interview.

Interview was virtually non-existent. The area supervisor told me what area was open. It is about 35 miles from where I live (one way). I'll give it a month or so, but with the price of gasoline, and no mileage reimbursement, hopefully something closer might open up in a few weeks.
