I applied online through snagajob.com. I then filled out an application via the company's website. I was contacted via email to submit further information. My manager then called to do an over the phone interview. He was pleasant and thorough in the interview process. He offered me the position and I accepted. I then had to submit further paperwork for a background check. 3 or 4 days later, I received confirmation that I had been hired.

Interview
Usually goes the same way on all positions that do field work. 1st a phone interview, followed by a 2nd on Skype with a District Manager and finally the Regional Manager. Process took over 2 weeks to get hired. Hours are always flexible but time consuming if you don't have a routine down to do call reports and easier to route visits if you own a GPS (if its part of your job).
