Easy and comfortable but could be better forward what would be entailed. Doesn't really push you but again they do try to make feel comfortable. Really wish they explained some of difficulties they have.

I was called back within an hour of applying. I was so surprised that I thought it was a scam at first. Nope. Interview conducted via phone, general questions asked about customer service, behavioral type questions asked. Interviewer was pleasant. Was a 2 stage process, first contact was by the HR then a follow up call (actual interview) by the regional manager/ supervisor.
