I put in an appilcation online, submitted resume, had one quick email, one 10 minute phone conversation, a 5 minute skype interview an hour later, and was offered the job. Very easy process, Starting pay is pretty awesome. Only 20 hours a week, but that's all I was looking for.

Interview process consists of the employer calling you and qualifying you and your skills to see if you a good candidate for the position you have applied for. The next step is to arrange a Skype interview 1 on 1 with a recruiter. After that they will contact you back if they feel you are a good fit for the position.
