Before the interview, the application process was fast. They contacted me and had a phone interview within a week. After that, na-da. Sent a thank you email hours after the phone interview, heard nothing back. Sent a follow up email after two weeks, still nothing. It would have been professional to send a rejection letter at least, to provide some closure.

Very straightforward, asked questions relevant to position and made it clear they want to see you succeed. It was not ambiguous in any way and I appreciated that. Very pleasant and patient process

The interview was a panel interview with 6 interviewers in the room. Everyone was very sweet and I didn’t feel like I was being drilled with questions. Interviewers were just trying to get to know me and my overall goals. This was followed by an email to schedule a phone call interview.
