First you take a 100 question test then if selected you come in for and interview with 3 management staff then if you receive an offer you are subjected to an invasive and excessive 3rd party online reference check which requires you to provide 5 references with 2 being managers. This system will not allow corporate emails and they will not pick up the phone to actually speak to any of your references. If your references do receive the email they have to do a 15-20 min survey. No manager has time for this nonsense!
