Went through 3 rounds of interviews with a great team. I was asked in the first interview my salary expectations, and I shared my current salary as well as what I want salary wise. Hiring manager says they can work with that. Fast forward to getting an offer, I’m offered $8/hr less than what I currently make. I ask to negotiate, and they declined. It’s unfortunate that such a great team works for a company that doesn’t pay a living wage. No person in Tampa Bay can live off of less than $50k annually.
