Overall, first contact was at a schedule job expo at Raymond James stadium, was very well organized, and vibe was positive. Met with peer colleague for first initial interview and chatted. I was invited back for a subsequent interview, more exhaustive team interview with the entire management team. Sort of like a round table discussion, found out more about the team and the department challenges and initiatives - this created quite of excitement and enthusiasm. I made it to the final round of interviews where I met with the pathologists and again with the director. I could tell they were interested in finding the right cultural fit for the team -
