I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Adventist Health (Hanford, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Panel of 4 nurses and 1 HR representative. They had a list of personality questions, as well as 3 clinical type questions. They were extremely casual, warm, and welcoming. They were honest and upfront about their expectations, and obviously very proud of Hanfod Medical center. It was the best interview I have experienced thus far and since the cohort starts so soon they offered me the job on the spot!
