Four total interviews of varying styles for a position in the New Graduate Nurse Residency program. It took approximately eight weeks, but they did have a few hundred applications to go through for fifteen positions.
Scheduled a microsoft teams virtual interview. Got Interviewed by unit manager and another senior nurse, asked situational nursing questions. also, got told at the end that I got the Job.
