Interview
First of all they do Phone interview with a recruiter. After you pass the phone ipscreen, they do group interview with a nursing manager, a director, a charge nurse, an educator. And then HR goes through the background check and physical examination
Scheduled a microsoft teams virtual interview. Got Interviewed by unit manager and another senior nurse, asked situational nursing questions. also, got told at the end that I got the Job.

I had a call with the recruiter first. Then I had a panel interview in person with 3 people. It was the director, nurse manager, and a nurse on the unit.

The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
