First interview consisted of a group interview with various nurses, situation questions were asked, overall the interview lasted about 40 minutes. Next, another interview was scheduled with the nurse manager.

The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
