I applied online. I interviewed at Adventist Health (Glendale, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
All personal questions. Asked to talk about myself, goals, and ambitions. Asked where I expect to be in five years. Ask if I wanted to grow within the company. It was like any other interview, no degree or experience needed.
Just be confident and show interest! Only asked a few questions and then was shown around. You were tested on your abilities in the kitchen area. For example, the interviewer would intentionally change something on the plate and you would have to notice what that is by reading the patients meal chart. Be attentive!
