The interview was with HR and the manager of the Training Department. We did a web conference as the Manager of the Training Department was in another state. It was fairly quick and easy and the expectation to have a presentation ready was set prior to the interview. After the interview, I was given a timeline for a decision that was given in a timely manner via phone call.
