I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advocate Construction (Glendale Heights, IL)
Interview
Brief phone interview with recruiter. Followed up by a more in-depth, in-person interview with the recruiter later that week. I was sent a personality survey after I interviewed with the recruiter. My final interview was with a Sales Manager. The sales manager interview was the most intense and challenging.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Advocate Construction (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Advocate Construction generally uses a 3 percent phase interview process. The first interview will be over the phone, second through Skype and third in person.
In the first interview they will give you a general description of the job and what it requires as well as ask you basic questions about yourself and why you’re interested.
In the second interview they’re wanting to know how presentable you are and get an idea how your face to face communication skills are. After all, it is a sales position. You’ll be asked to go a bit more in depth with your answers from the first interview. Basically, they want to know you have decent people skills, the ability to self motivate and the discipline to work with little supervision.
