I applied through the company website and got an interview. The process was quite slow, and one of my interviews was actually canceled just 10 minutes before it was scheduled to start. I did have a team interview, which went well — it was mostly focused on my experience, how I handle different situations, and whether I'd be a cultural fit for the company. In the end, they told me that while I was both a cultural and technical fit, my communication wasn't direct enough, and they decided not to move forward with my application.
