I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdam)
Interview
after first two interviews which were in a week I waited couple of weeks on third one. then meeting was rescheduled 1 hour before agreed schedule. after one more week we've finally had third interview.
Again I waited one week on feedback.
Questions were related to networking, SSL, clustering, automation, deployement strategies and change management.
Overall interesting experience. Two first interview were easy going while third one was a typical good cop/bad cop experience.
Adyen is searching for the perfect match from technical perspective and mindset perspective. They are hiring a template of the person which they have in company already. That would be cons I guess :-)
