Process was three months from start to finish for an overseas position that required relocation. In order: 1. Initial "feelers" interview with member of team 2. Codility coding challenge 3. Brief discussion with recruiter 4. Three separate behavioral interviews with team members 5. Technical interview with a VP and a team member 6. General interview with potential manager 7. Followup interview with team member and potential manager to discuss how to manage stakeholder expectations Was told 3 weeks after stakeholder expectations interview that the company is freezing overseas hiring and I was cut from the process due to COVID. This was a circumstance that was known at the beginning of the process yet they let it go that far. Process was extremely inefficient and recruiter left me in the dark for weeks at a time. At one point had not heard anything for three weeks, despite emailing them regularly to check in.
