      AP Process Specialist Interview

      Oct 11, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Amsterdam
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdam) in Sep 2021

      Interview

The process took less than 3 weeks: application, first screening by HR, then first call with hiring manager, after which I got a positive feedback and moved to the next round: a call with the team. This call turned to be a 1:1 with one of the team member, a very intense Q&A session. After a week I received a bit vague email by HR, saying that they will move forward with other candidates: I totally understand, rejections are part of life, nevertheless I would encourage Adyen to provide clear feedback, since this would help job applicants to improve.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1) Do you delegate? 2) Which point of Adyen's formula do you like the most and why? 3) How do you prioritize?
