Weird process.
I applied for the position through Linkedin, but I didn't hear back.
Days later, a recruiter sent me an invitation for an interview via email, and I set up a meeting to talk a few days later. We talked for about 45 minutes, and at the end she asked about my salary expectations, and if I was available to work 3x a week in the office and 2x at home.
At the end she also described how the next steps would be if I was approved: a technical interview with people from Holland, a case study, a conversation with the HR leader and an interview with the CEO.
She told me that there would be a debriefing panel that week, so the feedback would come by the date of this panel.
Exactly 15 minutes after the interview I received a negative feedback of few lines, one of those generic ones.
I asked the recruiter if it was her or the team, since I had also applied via Linkedin and never got an answer. I found it disrespectful in relation to my time and a bad candidate experience.
