It was a friendly interview in which I met two people working in the team. The questions ranged from personality questions to previous experience. It was important to prepare beforehand to understand the company culture and how anti money laundering works.

After the 2nd round with the hiring team they rejected me immediately saying I wasn’t senior enough. Well I guess the recruiter didn’t do his job since my CV would have Indicated my experience already. The hiring team kept asking questions to see if I did my homework, things like what are our values? What does Adyen do? The whole thing was awkward.
